人口動態変化と日本の市民社会
2008年4月年 - 2009年4月
政治決定は、もはや国家だけによって下されるわけではありません。政党・職業組合・数多くの圧力団体のような、因習的に影響力の強い活動主体とともに、市民こそが、政治生活の場で次第に中心的な役割を果たすようになりつつあります。市民社会は、対立関係に基づき、また時には（日本の場合特にこれがあてはまるのだが）協同関係に基づき、既成の政治活動主体と係わり合います。市民社会の重要性の増大を念頭に置きながら、このプロジェクトは人口動態変化が日本の市民社会に対してもたらすチャレンジを注目します。
